Our Journey to a Greener Office
The ecoBiz partnership was awarded on the merits of several key initiatives implemented at our Darra office. Our team has passionately embraced changes that significantly reduce our environmental footprint.
Our key waste reduction initiatives include:
- Going Fully Paperless. We have completely removed the printer from our office, eliminating our use of paper, ink, and associated waste.
- Championing Reusables. Every new team member receives a reusable keep cup and water bottle to discourage single-use items. Our kitchen is also stocked with proper crockery, cutlery, and glasses.
- Responsible E-Waste Recycling. All unwanted computers and electronics are recycled through certified partners like TechCollect and MobileMuster, which comply with Australian environmental standards.
- Battery Recycling Program. We collect all used batteries and ensure they are properly recycled at designated drop-off points like Bunnings or Officeworks.
