We launched our prestigious Internship Program in 2020, and our passion for nurturing young talent knows no bounds. This annual program opens its doors to just four exceptional candidates each year.

During this time with Northbridge, our interns gain priceless exposure into the corporate, professional services, recruitment, sales and HR world. This will ensure you have the best chance of securing your dream job once completing your degree.

As an intern, you'll be required to spend one day per week, six hours a day, at our office for one university semester. In return, you'll gain a valuable work reference and irreplaceable work experience. Collaborate with some of the industry's finest recruiters and gain a comprehensive understanding of the dynamics that drive a successful business.
