Design and execution of test scripts and maintenance of the testing framework to ensure all supported applications are operating within an understood and accepted level of risk.

Experience in clinical application and Service Now will be added advantage

Key Accountabilities:
  • Develop and conduct a range of test scripts, test related artefacts and regression tests for use throughout the software and application development/maintenance lifecycle.Work collaboratively with key stakeholders, including Product Owner, Product SME and the Test Manager to identify, prioritise and execute the required test scenarios for the solution.
  • Participate in the successful implementation of quality improvement initiatives for the testing stream, including development and maintenance of automated testing capabilities to reduce regression testing effort and improve application release quality.
Selection criteria
  • Demonstrated experience and a record of achievement in developing and implementing testing frameworks with contemporary knowledge of testing concepts, tools and methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge in testing involving the entire Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Defect Management and proven experience in using test management tool.
  • Extensive experience working on complex IT applications/systems, including relevant qualifications or equivalent and sound knowledge and practical experience with software testing processes in enterprise applications.
  • Proven ability to develop, review and execute complex functional test cases based on the business requirements.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with proven engagement, collaboration and negotiation skills and the demonstrated ability to build, maintain and use relationships with customers, vendors and stakeholders.
  • Highly developed analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret complex information from numerous sources, prepare and present analysis and reports, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused solutions.
