Title: Site Engineer
Duration: 9 months contract with the potential to be converted to permanent
Location: Meridan and Brooklyn
Work Arrangement:  10 days on and 4 days off
Inclusion: Accommodation, Meals and UTE for Travel

Accountabilities:
  • Supervise the delivery of infrastructure services projects.
  • Provide scheduling and controls to ensure on-time on-budget delivery.
  • Monitor, schedule and supervise team activities and processes to ensure compliance with legislative and organizational requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships across the team(s) and provide guidance and support by training, mentoring and coaching team members to develop internal expertise and ensure that staff are adequately resourced to perform.
  • Leading by example, promote and foster a performance culture to drive accountability and Lendlease core values;
Attributes:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering, technical, project management or a related discipline combined with operational subject matter knowledge and people management skills.
  • Experience in a services project delivery role and in the implementation and delivery of projects and processes.
  • Problem-solving, technical and analytical skills to support the development and implementation of policies, procedures and programs.
  • Good interpersonal skills to manage expectations and influence and build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Civil experience needed
  • MRWA experience nice to have
