Role Title 
Shared Services Support Officer

Job Description:
The role is both a call centre and transactional processing role. The primary purpose of the role is to respond to multi-channel customer enquiries at first contact, as well as to process transactions using defined processes.
Main competencies required:
  • Experience in a call center environment highly desired. Required experience in use of multiple technologies and systems.
  • Required skills in accurate data entry and the ability to follow processes and procedures.
