Northbridge Recruitment is looking for a driven and talented Senior Strategy Analyst to work within the NSW State Government on an initial 6-month contract with a view of extension.

About the role

The Senior Strategy Analyst supports and drives the development and delivery of key strategic initiatives and ICT strategies for a NSW department system. The role provides expert advice of the highest quality, integrity and validity to the department's Strategy Lead and services on matters pertaining to a NSW Department System ICT strategy and Infrastructure. Health or clinical experience is desired but not essential.

Key accountabilities

• Develop, maintain and document the planned ICT strategies relevant across a NSW department, primarily in the areas of Health Infrastructure.
• Provide strategic review and advice on a NSW department facility planning and development documents including clinical service plans and business cases.
• Identify and analyse ICT organisational and sector strategic issues and options and align technology vision with business strategy to guide the development, implementation and governance of ICT strategies.
• Provide leadership and direction to external vendors and their teams to ensure effective collaboration and service delivery.
• Facilitate strong working relationships with key stakeholders to support collaboration, the exchange of information and issues management to build on existing relationships and influence outcomes.
