The Reception & Administration Officer is a dynamic, diverse and busy role!
You will possess excellent customer service experience and demonstrate this to
external and internal stakeholders as well as supporting the Sales Team as required.

The administrative component of this role is diverse  and you will provide administrative support to our Work Health and Safety, Human Resources, Records Management, and building and Fleet Management teams.

You must show initiative, be enthusiastic in providing high level customer service to our clients and be flexible and positive in your approach due to the diversity of this role.

The duties of the successful candidate will include, but not limited to:

• Providing high quality frontline customer service (face to face/telephone/email) to a diverse range of clients and general public customers

• Liaising with clients, staff, managers and key stakeholders to support and achieve quality outcomes for the Agency.

• Contributing to the improvement of workplace processes and procedures, particularly regarding improving client service and efficiency of operational requirements.

• Maintaining accurate records and documentation, including electronic file management

• Assisting with day-to-day administration matters including records management, processing invoices and monitoring expenditure, fleet and uniform administration and general Human Resource enquiries.

• Assisting HR in the management of processes such as New Starter onboarding and Inductions including managing the workflow process to key business units.

• Drafting procedures, reports and guidelines relevant to the team’s activities and project requirements.

You must have proven ability to manage multiple administrative projects and tasks with the capacity to plan and deliver projects and tasks effectively and on time.

Have demonstrated written, verbal and interpersonal skills including the ability to liaise and collaborate effectively with internal and external staff and stakeholders.

Demonstrated proficiency in the of the Microsoft Office suite of software, particularly Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, as well as knowledge of, or ability to develop proficiency in the use of Electronic Document Management Record System (EDRMS), such as Objective and new systems as required.
