Huge opportunity for a Level Two / Three Technical Support Analyst with Linux Systems to join a highly skilled technical team within a growing FinTech company.
As a Level 3 & 3 Technical Support Analyst, you will be part of a small team providing escalated issue support the business, including issues on their large shared infrastructure, VPS containers, and dedicated servers.
Experience working for an financial services, trading or investment bankingwill be highly regarded and excellent communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities/ Duties:
Linux and Window System Administration and Monitoring
Support internal Applications and platforms
Desktop and Server Support and Builds
Work directly with the business to ensure systems are working correctly.
Technically you will have
Some Linux / Unix and Windows System Engineering Skills
1 + years experience with Puppet to config Linux Servers or similar
Experience with Monitoring tools - Icinga OR Nagios
Good Scripting Skills (Python / Shell)
Having work with or having exposure to DevOps Tools and Methodologies will be highly regarded
Any Experience with the Atlassian Stack will be Highly Regarded
