IT Field Support & Help Desk 1 & 2 positions - Sydney

We are looking for casual IT support staff  to work on our upcoming 2021 projects who have a great attitude and communication skills!

The role:
  • Provide technical 1 & 2 IT Support
  • Basic Network (CCNA preferred), server cabling and configuration activities
  • Document the installation of standard software and operating systems for desktop roll outs
  • Respond, restore, resolve or escalate incident tickets within SLA's, remote & face-face
  • Escalate unresolved problems to client nominated escalation points and support teams
  • Liaise with onsite client representatives on all escalation issues and closures
  • Maintain technical and compliance IT documentation as required
  • Install, configure and troubleshoot supported software; diagnose hardware problems and coordinate repairs/replacements as required; notify desktop manager when issue resolution exceeds or is expected to exceed team service levels and work with supervisor on appropriate client communication
  • User Access Management, new system users and equipment configuration
  • Create and maintain technical procedure documentation
  • Excellent client and end-user communication skills
  • 2+ years experience
Please note: Field Technicians must have a car and be able to travel
