2021 Internship – Recruitment
  
Join a successful business as an intern and gain priceless experience and exposure.  Located in Circular Quay, we are looking for interns to work from 9-3pm with an hour for lunch, 1 day per week over the semester Monday – Thursday.

About you
  
You are a University student studying a Bachelor’s in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, Psychology or Communications.  You are driven and ambitious and see the value in gaining real work experience in the corporate world.

During your time with Northbridge, you will gain priceless exposure into the corporate world.  This will ensure you have the best potential securing your dream job once completing your degree.
  
As an intern, you will be required to attend the office in Circular Quay one day a week for one university semester. In return you will be given a work reference and valuable work experience.
 
As an intern, your duties will include:

  • Calling candidates and updating our CRM
  • Utilisation of our full office 365 products
  • Helping our consultants find candidates for particular roles
  • Attending client visits with consultants
  • General ad hoc duties
  
Your exposure will be:

  • Candidate Management
  • Several Systems Training
How to apply for the 2021 Northbridge internship

Applications for our 2021 internship program open on Monday 7th June 2021 and close on Friday 2nd July 2021.
  
The successful interns will commence on Monday 9th August 2021 however you will be asked to attend an induction on Thursday 5th August from 1.30pm – 5pm.
  
Submit your application online.  We’ll need a copy of your CV and academic transcript or anything else you want to show us.
  
We’ll look at all resumes and shortlisted candidates will be sent a one-page questionnaire the week beginning 5th July 2021.   After this process, shortlisted candidates will progress to a group interview.  This gives you an opportunity to decide whether or not we’re the right place for you. Group interviews will be conducted on Thursday 22nd July 2021.
  
Successful candidates will be sent offer letters week commencing July 26th, 2021.
