INTEGRATION ANALYST
(Initial 4 Months contract with possibility to extend)
$71 - $106/hour plus super

Responsible to oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of required activities that will support the integration of required applications and systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring high levels of availability and security in message flow, conformance to data requirements and standardisation.
INTEGRATION ANALYST - Selection Criteria
• Previous experience in an integration analyst role for an enterprise wide clinical project/program in a large health organisation.
• Solid understanding and previous experience with Healthcare business processes and system applications.
• Extensive experience with technical integration between IT systems, with the ability to analyse interface messages from a syntax and semantics perspective with an emphasis on specific messaging standards and formats including HL7 V2.X and CDA, JSON and XML.
• Demonstrated previous experience as an Integration Analyst working on complex IT Applications/Systems in clinical settings.
• Demonstrated organisational skills and ability to work effectively across a number of IT systems and projects simultaneously in an environment of competing demands and priorities.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities with exceptional interpersonal, negotiation and facilitation skills.
• Demonstrated experience in providing quality documentation, gap analysis studies, and other written communications utilising Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint, and the ability to create templates from scratch.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with a strong team collaborative focus.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical people, including other initiatives and external parties, as necessary.
• Proven health IT systems implementation experience and knowledge, including proven ability to integrate competing priorities and requirements in the development of integrated, uniform solutions.
• Capacity and willingness, including current driver’s license recognised in NSW, to travel to eHealth NSW business and service locations throughout NSW, which may include overnight stay in regional / remote areas.

SYSTEMS ANALYST
(Initial 10 Months contract with possibility to extend)
$700/day plus super

This position is responsible for the delivery of the medical device integration platform to support the statewide implementation of a critical care solution across the neonates and paediatric ICUs. The role will require close collaboration with the project team, vendor, and local health districts stakeholders to conduct site surveys to inform site remediation requirements, medical device parameter configuration requirements, hardware installation, and facilitating end-to-end testing of clinical devices.
SYSTEMS ANALYST - Selection Criteria
• Previous experience in a technical analyst role for an enterprise wide clinical project/ program in a large health organisation.
• High level analytical skills, including a proven ability to quickly analyse and understand complex health information, business processes and concepts, with a strong understanding of health information systems and concepts.
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge in clinical system and device integration solution, including front end, back end, and Middleware Integration.
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge in health integration standards including HL7
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of medical devices and clinical systems.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proven ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Capacity and willingness, holding current driver’s license recognised in NSW, to travel to eHealth NSW business and service locations throughout NSW, which may include overnight stay in regional / remote areas.
