We are looking for a Go-Getter, Energetic and Competent ICT Helpdesk Support Officer with strong background in providing Levels 1 & 2  support to serve as the first point of contact for end users for all ICT related queries. You will answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them.
  
Monday to Friday, standard business hours in their CBD office

Urgent contract, must be available to start in the next 3 weeks.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. The position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Managing Windows 10 operation systems and Microsoft networking protocols.
3. Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop and Thin Client support.
4. Providing support and guidance for Microsoft Office 365 applications including Outlook.
5. Providing support and guidance for mobile phones and tablets using iOS/Android
6. Strong communication skills including the ability to communicate complex IT concepts to end users of differing skill levels.
7. Correct and timely escalation of issues which cannot be resolved at the first point of correct.

Essential
§ Advanced Windows 10 technical knowledge
§ MS Exchange and Outlook email client
§ Skype for Business / MS teams
§ Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop experience for session and profile management
§ Microsoft Office 365 suite and Microsoft Office 2013 / 2010
§ Understanding of ITIL concepts
§ An in depth knowledge of hardware troubleshooting of laptops, desktops, monitors, printers and mobile devices
§ An in depth understanding of VoIP telephony technologies using /Skype for Business / Teams
§ Understanding of mobile devices – iOS and Android
