Northbridge Recruitment have been engaged to source a HR Project Manager to support 3 initiatives within the People and Culture team of a global tier construction and property organisation based in Sydney CBD. 

As a project manager you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination, maintenance and performance of People & Culture (P&C) programs activities, initiatives, policies and programs to support the implementation of broader People & Culture (P&C) programs strategies to contribute to achievement of organisational objectives.

This includes:
  1. Rapid implementation of ServiceNow HR Pro
  2. Workday Extended Enterprise Learning (EEL) for supply chain (pilot)
  3. Phase 2 - Workday Contingent Workforce implementation and close out of phase 1 implementation tasks
  • Oversee the coordination, administration and maintenance of P&C global programs activities, policies, processes and initiatives and act as an agent of change, facilitating operations and change and adhering to organisational and P&C strategies and objectives.
  • Oversee preparation and update of reports and conduct analysis which may include talent management reviews and engagement surveys to map competency gaps and provide accurate information for decision making.
  • Review and evaluate P&C programs activities, programs and initiatives and identify and develop new programs including talent, leadership, career and development, standard global practice initiatives to address changing needs and facilitate continuous improvement. Support wider team through subject matter expertise;

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, HR and/or a related technical discipline, combined with extensive experience across multiple roles and regions.
  • Experience in a HR Programs role and in employee relations, HR systems and implementation of HR programs, policies and practices and/or expert knowledge on the HR Programs of Construction, Property Development, Investment Management and Retirement Living industries and Employment Law, P&C best practices and functional HR disciplines.
  • Problem solving, technical and analytical skills to support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and programs. Good interpersonal skills to engage with, influence and build relationships with key stakeholders.
