An exceptional opportunity to join a renowned NSW Government department to support the design and delivery of major large-scale HR workforce performance and talent planning projects. Primary purpose of the role
This role provides business analysis, project support and system administration services to support the planning and delivery of the Performance Development and Review (PDR) and talent review cycles.

Key accountabilities
  • Provide day-to-day system administration (SAP SuccessFactors) and stakeholder engagement support to deliver annual Performance Development and Review (PDR) and Talent Review cycles.
  • Set up reports, and provide system reporting and data analytics related to performance, probation and talent information, as required.
  • Provide advice to People and Culture (P&C) business partners and other P&C teams regarding PDR and talent reviews, including systems and practices to support capability development and insights.
  • Generate and analyse data from a range of systems and platforms to provide input for reports, submissions, and business cases and to support the monitoring, refinement and evaluation of the annual performance cycle and talent management activities.
  • Develop and maintain a range of support and communications materials for varied audiences, including quick reference guides, electronic libraries, toolkits and intranet content to build awareness and support end users of performance/talent systems and platforms.
  • Support the identification, development and implementation of process improvements and system enhancements including identifying changes, liaising with IT, and conducting user acceptance testing of new system functionality.
  • Support the design and delivery of new performance management and talent planning initiatives across Transport
About you
  • Experienced in HR and understanding of HR systems, able to answer queries from HR.
  • Expert in 'SAP SuccessFactors' or similar HR Reporting Systems.
  • Has strong HR data analysis capability and reporting around workforce performance and talent reviews.
  • PowerBI would be desirable - MS Excel reporting and dashboards are the central focus.
