Established Recruitment Consultancy in Melbourne hiring a Graduate IT Recruiter in our Technology Division.

Role: The graduate IT Recruiter position has become available due to growth. In this position you will first begin by finding IT talent for our clients. As you gain experience, your role will emerge into a full 360 recruitment position, where you will bring in clients for Northbridge through sales and account management.     

Culture: 
We have an open-concept office and a small team of energetic recruitment consultants!  

Responsibilities: 

  • Participate in three-month sales & recruitment training program as well as ongoing training as you develop into a 360 recruiter.
  • Source candidates for our clients' businesses
  • Meet and exceed sales targets outlined by your manager.
  • Bring in new business through outbound sales calls, client meetings, events, and presentations.
Requirements: 
  • A can do, don’t give up attitude - bubbly enthusiastic and highly motivated. 
  • Telesales, outbound call centre or any other sales experience
  • An inquisitive mind – you love asking questions and finding out about others.
  • Team-player mentality
  • A strong desire to be in recruitment and learning new skills. 
  • A university degree (Technology would be great but not essential!)
