Typical tasks
  • Contributing to all things Events including:
  • Event admin
  • Completing documents ADHOC
  • Updating registers
  • Run sheets
  • Managing and updating plans
  • Customer service
  • Communicating with internal and external stakeholders. 
The preferred candidate will have:
  • Proven experience in aligned roles including communications, marketing campaigns, administration support roles and / or event organisation.
  • Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and work well under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong written communication skills with experience 
  • Ability to start ASAP
  • Full working rights in Australia
