Join a high profile sought after company creating the Digital Call Centre of the future. Work closely with the business in a highly influential & strategic role with a focus of Digitisation of Contact Centre / Voice Systems.
Currently we have (L/T Contract) Enterprise Architect role available that will see you guide the strategy for the roll out of a "Digital Call Centre of the future".
This role will have a focus on Integrating Voice Experience into the Omni-Channel Experience, Contact Centre, Digitisation, and Customer Engagement Architecture.
In this role you will re- architect the front end AI platform with a Voice / Contact Centre focus. You will guide Solution Architecture teams from On-Prem to Cloud, moving them away from older systems
You will work with the business to develop a strategy for integrating that Voice Experience / Contact Centre Solution to the all the digital platforms / Channels
This role can be hired anywhere in Australia. It will require a Contact Centre Strategist / Channel Architect. You will require Cloud Contact Centre Design and Architecture experience.
- Contact Centre Strategy & Design Experience
- Demonstrated Enterprise Architecture Exp
- Experience Integrating Voice Exp into Omni-Channel Exp
- Cloud Contact Centre Experience
- CC platforms Experience (such as Avaya, Cisco, Genesis, AWS Connect or Azure Call Centre etc)
- Ability to work with abstract requirements / solve problem not yet known
- Experience creating Blueprints, Reference Architectures & Roadmaps
- Excellent Facilitation, Collaboration & Business Consulting skills
- Able to work closely with Solution Architects
- Relevant Academic Qualifications OR Certifications
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
