What you'll be doing:

With a great customer base, you will be working internally, supporting multiple clients so previous experience or understanding of technical support and some testing would be ideal. 

You'll be experienced on:
  • Working experience in a technical environment as an Project Coordinator / Technical Support / Service Delivery Manager / Client Services Manager
  • Ability to communicate solutions to clients in a professional manner
  • Creating tickets
  • Solving problems
  • Great phone manner
  • Keen to develop project management skills
  • Able to use Windows applications
  • Interest in learning about Applications/In-House Software 
  • Excellent organisation skills
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & ABILITY EXPECTATIONS:
  • Highly-developed communication skills
  • Maintain productive relationships with stakeholders
  • Demonstrated capacity to manage competing priorities 
  • Ideally have an IT Diploma or A relevant Degree
