Job Description
All candidates must be available for these rostered shifts, due to business needs no negations will be offered

The position involves:
  • Responds to phone inquiries from Housing NSW clients and members of the public and provides accurate and appropriate information about Housing NSW products and services, as well as those offered by key stakeholders, to enhance client awareness of services and products which meet their immediate and complex needs.
  • Maintains call records, system entries, and client/service databases in line with record management guidelines to ensure that information is accurate and up to date.
  • Answer inbound calls on the General Enquiries line, Client feedback and complaints line, Disaster Welfare, Bond loan & Rent Start enquiries
  • Answer inbound calls and processing of Link2home, Application for Housing Assistance, Bondloan and Rent Start applications.
  • Undertakes outbound calls to clients to facilitate the completion of specialized and ad-hoc projects, including client wellbeing checks such as the Keep In Touch project.
  • Provides administrative support, including correspondence, processing and reporting to facilitate the completion of the contact centre’s endorsed work.
  • Business needs will indicate the distribution of the above-mentioned skill
  
Must have:
  • Deal with sensitive, complex matters appropriately and confidentially.
  • Clear communication skills: written and verbal
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Strong technology skills with ability to troubleshoot
  • Previous experience with Microsoft outlook, Word, Excel etc
 
Candidates to supply the requirement below for mandatory Work from home setup:
  •  Internet Connection: NBN or Cable. Minimum ~20mb/s download and ~5mb/s upload.
  • PC, Mac or laptop with the minimum of 2 GB RAM (to launch Citrix)
  • Disk space required (Min): 572 MB Citrix and 300mb Cisco Jabber…
  • CPU Speed and Type: Inter Core 2 Duo or later processors. 
  • Windows Operating System: Windows 10 32-bit and 64-bit editions, Windows 8.1 32-bit and 64-bit editions 
  • Apple Operating System: macOS Catalina (10.15), macOS Mojave (10.14) or macOS High Sierra (10.13)
