Our Client is going to solve the largest problem in financial services - Legacy systems. Our Client is a fast-paced VC backed fintech, who have connected over 100+ global identity and fraud providers into a single platform and providing a single unified view and single unified API.
Who You Are
You are an application support engineer who enjoys solving problems for their customers and who likes to help with getting customers onboard and helping them use products to best effect. You’ll ideally have some software development/testing experience as well as experience with using logging/monitoring tools to really drill into issues.

What You'll Need
The ability to write scripts to analyse data
Experience writing documentation and playbooks
Experience working with logging/monitoring tools such as AWS Cloudwatch, Datadog, ELK stacks
You'll have experience dealing with technical and non technical customers alike and be able to assist in digging into logs, code and monitoring
